My approach considers conformation, posture, workload, management, footing, and nutrition — because the hoof does not function in isolation. Services are educational and supportive in nature and are intended to replace veterinary care.

1. Movement-Focused Barefoot Trimming

• Precision barefoot trimming on a consistent 4–5 week schedule
• Structured posture and movement observation before trimming
• Use of technology to record, review, and track changes over time
• Documentation to support clear, measurable progress
• Owner education so you understand what your horse’s hooves are telling us
• I use video recording and analysis tools to observe movement patterns and symmetry. This allows for informed trimming decisions based on objective observation — not guesswork.

​2. Hoof Care Planning & Performance Support Consultation

• Designed for horses transitioning to barefoot or needing structured hoof care guidance.
• Whole-horse consultation (posture, movement, management review)
• Review of veterinary radiographs provided by your veterinarian to inform trimming strategy
• Collaboration with your vet and care team when appropriate
• Boot fitting and composite support when indicated
• Practical management and movement recommendations
• For horses with veterinary-diagnosed conditions such as laminitis or caudal heel pain, I work alongside your veterinarian to provide supportive hoof care as part of the overall care plan.

3. Whole-Horse Support Services

• Hay sampling through Equi-Analytical
• Forage-based nutritional guidance (educational, not medical diet prescription)
• Posture and movement analysis
• Evaluation of daily management practices
• Referral network of veterinarians, dentists, saddle fitters, and bodyworkers
• Bodywork Education
  • Masterson Method® (working toward certification)
  • Ongoing training in movement-based bodywork and proprioceptive techniques
  • These services are designed to support comfort, mobility, and functional balance.
